Our rental price depends on the month and day of week but ranges from $6,100 to $8,000. Specifics can be found in our wedding guide linked above.
Your date is secured with a signed venue rental agreement and an initial payment that goes towards the total venue rental.
Our rental is for 11 hours from 11am - 10pm with options to extend, if desired.
You are allowed to bring in any vendors that fit your special day! We have separate agreements for some that outline venue-specific requirements. Our only requirements for bartenders and caterers are that they are both licensed and ensured.
Our reception tent is fully covered and with a gutter system to support keeping guests dry in the rain, we also have our Barn with a fully covered walkway between the Barn and the reception tent. No matter the weather, we have a plan for your special day!
A 1-hour rehearsal is included in the rental! Schedules will be sent out to brides a couple months prior to their event to lock in their rehearsal time.
Yes, we require an individual that is not a guest serve as the day-of-coordinator for the event. This is to ensure the Bride & Groom’s day goes off without a hitch and to serve as point of contact for the Venue Manager during the event.
We do! We offer a military discount of 5% off the venue rental price for all Active, NG, Reserve, and Retired Service Members with a Valid ID.
